Dan Casagrande is phenomenal and offered my husband and I the best loan to meet our needs and qualifications. He also went the extra mile for us. The initial meeting took place in our home which was wonderful! Dan kept us apprised of all developments as the loan progressed. He is a person that is spiritual, honest, forthright and very kind. He was always available to answer our calls and e-mails. His assistant, Therese Burgueno, answered all e-mails, calls and questions promptly and offered step by step clarification in the loan process. She was soo great to work with in helping us and working with the underwriting team who also did a stupendous job.
