How are you gonna have me order through the kiosk(cause you’re short staffed) the same time as one other group, do their whole order, have me wait in the side for another 15 min to realize my order isn’t on the board, go up to the counter and ask about my food, and then say “are you this person” have me say “yes”then just say
“It’s gonna be 15$” straight face no apology nothing, I been waiting a half hour! You think I’m just sitting in the place to just pass by the time?? Your the one whom told me to order through the kiosk on top of it! This ain’t fast food! How can you guys be slower than actual taquerias that make it from scratch, it’s really sad actually.
