        Graniterock is great! I was looking for flagstones, and they have a huge selection. I found one I liked, but it was too thin. Terri Baker did her magic and found me the stones in a thicker version!!! It was perfect!   She definitely went way above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer! Mike Furniss was also very helpful, emailing me about the stones and their prices. They were both very patient while showing me their selections.  I definitely recommend them!

        I've dealt with the folks in the store and in the yard on multiple occasions and they have been delightful and helpful. However, I'm giving Graniterock a 3 star because of an experience I had with a dump truck driver. I ordered a load of gravel to my house and the driver showed up with the absolute worst attitude right from the minute he arrived. It was a tight driveway for a truck but likely doable.  The driver was completely unwilling to make even the most modest attempt to get in the driveway and had a very nasty attitude the whole time. All he wanted to do was leave, dump my load of gravel back at the store -- any sort of apology or contingency plan was not on the table. It was one of those moments where you think to yourself "did that actually just happen?"
