So many unanswered questions regarding this business:1. How come they missed my 1st appointment with them for an estimate, and say they never got my contact info or address.2. How after I spoke with Deborah F. on phone an hour after they didn't show, she said she would call me to reschedule as soon as she returned to the office from her lunch break... no subsequent call.3. How I never received a reply back to another follow-up email I sent three days later.4. How I never received a call back from them when I made my 4th attempt (and last) to have them come by. I hate having to beg to give someone money.How any company stays in business by never returning calls or getting potential new business Is beyond my understanding. May you have more patience than me.

Had our awnings replaced recently by these guys.  The whole process was relatively seamless.  Good to work with.

100% stoked on our awning.  I called, they came out the next day for a quote, set me up with graphics a week later-   our awning is up and ready for the world to see, just 3 weeks after we started the process.Thank you to Ron and Deborah for making my life so much easier and not having to worry about the hassle of doing anything myself.LOVIN IT!!!xoxo

I needed new fabric on my hammock and didnt want to throw one more thing in the landfill. They were able to recover it with Sunbrella fabric and it looks brand new. It will last me for years now. They did an excellent job with the sewing/finishing as well. I highly recommend them!
