So I didn't end up buying a car here, but not from lack of trying on their part or mine, they just didn't have the cars I wanted. But I wish they had because they were so incredibly easy to deal and completely transparent. I was shopping online, and I wouldn't have been able to come in until deliver, and unlike most dealers they were happy to deal over email and by phone. I haven't had a better experience when shopping for a car, and I have no reason to doubt the final paperwork would be any different.

This is in regards to the service and parts department of this dealership. My husband took my car to have an oil change done; everything went well while he was there, but he decided to check the oil once home. The oil was over filled, and we just decided to have future oil changes done somewhere else. This isn't a big deal, but was the first thing we weren't comfortable with. The next experience we had dealt with the parts department. Ordering parts with them was very easy on a Saturday afternoon. We were told the parts would be available on the following Wednesday, which my husband tried to pick up. He arrived before 5:30pm, but the department was locked up and closed. (The hours for service and parts is 7:30-6 during the week.) I decided to go the following morning and arrived at 8am. Again, they were not open, and I waited around for 15 minutes before leaving and running another errand. I ended up calling around 8:40 to make sure the parts department was open before trying again on my way home. I was successful in getting the parts and Carlos was very nice. I don't understand how a company can have posted hours of operation, yet do not follow them. I'm more than willing to drive to the valley in order to take care of my car needs, which is unfortunate since the employees I've encountered here are polite... it's just the service is always off in some way.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! This is the second review I've posted. I returned my lease to trade in for a new lease, they inspected and appraised the car while I was there. After agreeing to put 1500.00 down because of excess mileage, we had a deal. 3 months later I receive a bill for 2000.00 for excess miles. I NEVER AGREED TO THIS AND THEY NEVER TOLD ME I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS. THEY RIPPED ME OFF!!! I never made this deal. The manager contacted me and asked to remove the scathing review and that he would take care of it. I remove it and NOW they are sending me a bill for 738.00. The lies continue! I've been leasing cars for 30 years and I've never had such a terrible car buying experience. They've lost my business, my kids business and anyone else I come in contact with. Way to go Parkway!

I took a car into this dealership on 7.6.17 and dealt with the service manager Jaime Hurtado. I expressed my concern with having to bring the car in for an issue right after I had the "emissions scandal" recall done and asked him to check with the reps or VW for any kind of warranty coverage or assistance in this matter. He told me he checked and nothing was found and charged me $438.46 to replace the number 4 fuel injector and sent me on my way. I didn't think this sounded right so I called the Service Manager at New Century VW in Glendale and he informed me that there is a warranty extension from VW that covers this component and i should not have paid for it. I called Mr. Hurtado back and gave him this information which he should have already had if he indeed checked the warranty. He said he would try to see if he could get me a refund. On 7.26.17 I brought the car back in with the same problem and they found that the #1 and #2 injectors were failing and they covered them under warranty. I reminded Mr. Hurtado about the refund and he said he was still working on it and gave me no answer. Upon picking up the veh and driving away on 7.27.17 I noticed a huge crack in the windshield and a big dent in the right front door. We called back immediately and talked to Jonathon and let him know about the damage and he said he would get it taken care of for us and let Mr. Hurtado know. I emailed pics of the glass back to Jonathon and i even drove the car over there on the 28th and showed him the damages. He said he would forward it on to Mr. Hurtado and the Director Trish Lucero. Neither one called or emailed us back about the damage, I had to again go to the dealer and talk to Mr. Hurtado and ask him what was being done and he said he would get it handled for us and let Mrs Lucero know about it. I waited a few days and again received no response so on 8.9.17 the car started failing again and I drove over there to drop the car off again and asked about the windshield, dent, and the refund. Mr. Hurtado stumbled around the questions and stated that the windshield and dent were denied by Mrs Lucero and she should have notified us which she never called or emailed anyone about it. When asked about the refund he said I would have to call and ask VW corporate for a refund which is ridiculous considering he is the one who illegally charged me in breach of warranty for the repair. I called VW and they are trying to resolve it for me. I called the owner Mr. Bakshi and was told he didn't have a voicemail so i left a message with the receptionist and she said he would call me. To this day I do not have my refund, my windshield is still broken, the dent is still there, and the owner has never called me back. I would never bring a car back here ever again!
