SCAM!!!! Don't even think of purchasing from them. All these reviews are true as we have experienced them at our company as well. They say they will send you a gift for your past business but then follow up by sending more of their products and expect you to pay for them without any inclination of wanting the product. I am currently waiting for a return label and I couldn't be more frustrated. Run while you have the chance. I would give a 0 star if that was an option.

It's a shame employees are forced to use these manipulative tactics, we aren't going to survive as a species if our civilization keeps operating like this.

This company has been nothing but lies and an inconvenience from the beginning. They tell you "you don't have to pay unless you like it" but then "we have to send you the rest of the box and you have to pay for it but I'll discount it for you" and then "they don't take returns" until you tell them you won't be paying for anything. Also to top it off, after returned their product, they called to get their $25 gift card back.. what a joke.

This company uses shady tactics to push you into a sale. I feel bad for the people they are training and forcing to call "customers." the promise of "you don't have pay for it unless you like it is bs. They will charge you a restock fee if you try to send it back after 5 days, but they also promise not to charge you, yet they call you weekly to see if you have used and ask if you will pay now. Very frustrating. Just don't get sucked in. Not worth it.
