Thank you for your review Mr. M ,I highly value you taking time and diligently writing your point of view for public review , with that said, I respectfully disagree and will stand my ground . First of all, you are with us since 2020 and we have always been there for you. Even during most difficult times, during COVID-19 pandemic, you have been seen on a monthly bases , your medications were always sent to the pharmacy on time and you have always had an access to a qualified medical provider .You have been sent to multiple specialists with no time delay . Yes, we are not able to provide you with medication that may cause renal failure if taken by for a long time, and have given you the best possible substitution for it to avoid complications. We also submitted an urgent referral for you to be seen by Rheumatology and Hand specialist as well as sent you for an MRI and to the Physical therapy. Unfortunately, you have missed several appointments in the past and did not follow up on several occasions with the office . I wish you the best and I am sorry if my way of understanding and treating your condition was different from your expectations. Sincerely Dr. Pogodin
