Providence Medical Institute Santa Clarita

Went to this medical facility because it was listed on my providers list for in-person clinics. As soon as I walked in, the front staff were pretty rude & short with me. I typically try to give the benefit of the doubt but one lady was not welcoming or helpful at all. I hope this improves later.

The person answering the phone was not at all trying to be helpful. I think I was bothering her. I have PPO Insurance and will be going elsewhere. 12/4/23

I love this office. Ive had great experiences with all of the doctors here. Everyone has been kind, supportive, and follows up in a timely manner. It is an urgent care so wait times can vary. Overall though, they have been wonderful to both my son and myself.

Great personal attention. I've been coming here since Dr. Pin moved to Providence and I have always received the best care available. For those who had to wait long... Keep in mind they do take appointments before walk ins.

Dr. Jesse has been incredibly kind and helpful regarding my health and dietary changes. However, during my wait to see the doctor, one of the ladies at the front desk consistently did not wear a mask. Despite wearing my own mask, she insisted that I switch to the one they provided. I simply wanted to focus on my health and not engage in a debate about mask preferences, so I complied and wore their mask. Furthermore, this same lady without a mask also asked my wife to leave the waiting room because my wife stop wearing her mask when she noticed the worker at the front desk was not wearing one. I regret not obtaining her name, but I will be sure to do so during my next visit.
