If you are searching for a home inspector, search no longer! A spectacular experience from start to finish, we have already referred all of our friends, and could not imagine using anyone else.
Exceptional is a quality Jesus Acosta embodies, both in terms of service and skill. My wife and I had a few concerns with our new home we had purchased, and had asked a friend to refer us a property inspector. As soon as Jesus arrived, we knew why he was so highly regarded. He was personable and friendly, explained what he was going to do and his process. His immense experience with construction, roofing, and renovation, was clear and apparent within minutes of his arrival. We could not believe how precise and organized he was as he inspected every square inch, and every feature of the home. His skillful and professional use of advanced scanning and analytics technology was mind blowing compared to our previous experiences with inspectors. The inspection was completed inexplicably fast- considering how thorough he was. He explained all of his findings in a very clear and concise way after the inspection was over. And we had the written inspection report back from him in our email by the time we got back home from viewing the property. It was perfect, with every detail outlined and explained, with clear pictures to represent every item.
