Don't know why anyone would go anywhere else. Michael is like the angel of computers. Fiance and I went in to get it fixed, super humble dude, no huge ego like most IT guys.. actually directed questions at me since it's my computer and not just my fiance 😆 some good conversation and before I knew it it was fixed and I was out of there within half an hour! and he's clearly not in it for the money from both my experiences. Really made my day

Michael helped me assess a relatively new laptop that became inoperable from a water spill. I was very appreciative of the consult and even taking the time to do a quick inspection inside to validate the device. MIchael was helpful, super courteous and professional.

I can not say enough good things about Michael!! Attempted to help me from a cold call ... he did as much as he could and gave me instructions as what to do next next! I would recommend him highly !!!

Not sure how I feel about this place honestly, I originally went in for an estimate for repair on my laptop and was given an estimate quickly, after some time I returned to be told it wouldn’t be worth it to fix it? This seems to puzzle me, don’t get me wrong customer service seemed adequate it’s just a bit odd to me
