        we have always loved this place for pho, service sometimes slow, but they're trying, just a bit understaffed it seems

        I have been a frequent customer in the past. But noticed a recent downturn of quality. Or say because of the cost reduction. The picture is a snapshot of what's in my beef combination pho. That much of beef fat shouldn't become an ingredient in place of tendon/brisket.
