Couldn't reproduce mail key at the kiosk, so got it in the mail three days later....checked them out and they work great!

Wow. They couldn’t even show up to the appointment I made the day before. They just forgot to send someone. Then when they did show up it was $400 to change 4 locks on my house. I even asked the price over the phone and he said $30 for the first lock then more as the locksmith sees appropriate. Somehow it turned into $55 per lock plus a flat fee plus labor plus a made up number as sales tax and $400 total. I feel like a criminal showed up at my house and stole my money. Total con job. I bet a handyman off a website would have done it for less than half the price.

Refuses to look at the photos of the lock I need replaced. Wants $20 upfront before even giving me an estimate of replacing my lock. Very unfriendly.
