several years ago, I went to this store to fix my daughter's graduation gift necklace because the chain was broken. He fixed it within several hours with reasonable price. It was several years back, but still the chain is in good condition. I highly recommend this place for any jewelry services

Came in to fix and adjust a watch. Super friendly, professional and also cleaned our ring! Lots of beautiful jewelry on display!

I went to seek services to resize my engagement ring and wedding band. I also changed the battery of a high-end watch and purchased my husband's wedding band (he has one but wanted to get a more traditional-looking gold band). This was our first visit to this business. The owner was very kind and knowledgeable. He showed us how to resize my engagement ring and walked us through the entire process for transparency. When I contacted other jewelers asking how long it would take to resize my rings, I was told 1-3 weeks, depending on the stores. Golden Key resized both of them within 2 hours. He provided a reasonable price for my husband's wedding band, much cheaper than we expected. He truly enjoys satisfying his customers and shows great pride in his store collections30 years of business in the exact location.
