The owner Dell is by far the worst person to work for. He has zero leadership skills. The guy is a squirrel CEO. He's the Unstoppable Dreamer which means no clear guidance or structure. He's the train conductor that's why the business never grows. He's the artist and the guy who thinks he knows it all, he's the serial entrepreneur which is all the characteristics your supposed to stay away from.

It will be a good experience for who ever joins the team :)
It has been over 6 months since I started working here and my personal experience have been good so far.
The work ambiance and co-workers are really supportive and there is a healthy growth. I'm someone who doesn't go by negative or positive reviews, but to experience & understand about anything :)
Happy to be associated with the cheerful & cool team in this amazing work place that helps each other!
