They deserve zero stars. Do not use this horrible company. I booked a cleaning and when I didn't receive a confirmation email I called to confirm. They confirmed I had an appointment on the day I booked. Well I had a bad feeling the day before so my husband called back. They told him I had called to cancel my appointment. Wtf. Totally untrue. They said they would try to rearrange the schedule to make it work still and call him back in 30 minutes. They never called back and were clearly screening his calls as they never answered the phone again. He called about 30 times over the next day and a half. Later on the same day I received a text confirmation from them saying they would be arriving the next day at 12:30 and to click a link and confirm which I did. They never showed up. Fuck this company. Do not use them they are untrustworthy snakes!

This company does not stand by their services. I paid $327 for a "deep clean" of a home I am moving into. I was shocked when I came to inspect towards the end of the time slot. I asked them to please clean the windows, the oven, and the inside of the refrigerator since none of that had been done. The man who is supposedly an owner told me okay we'll do that. I had to leave to get back to work, and received a text less then 10 minutes later stating that they had left. Nothing had been done. After I reached out to let them know how disappointed I was with their services, they agreed to send people back to actually do the job, but then they backed out of that last minute. After negotiating a refund amount ($75 is what they initially offered) they would only agree to $150. So ultimately I paid them $177 to clean the house myself. There are plenty of cleaning service companies out there that will do good work in the first place, or at least stand by their business and send out a team to correct it OR refund a fair amount. The pictures attached were taken after they "cleaned".

Be careful I was scammed! I was quoted a price for my elderly parents house and was told the project would be for two days. They came for one day for four hours with three people. They were suppose to come a few days later to finish the job so it was to my surprise that I was charged when the job wasn't completed. I was sent texts showing my card was to be charged the amount I was quoted. Then a few minutes later I was sent another text saying I'd be charged $281 more. By the time I saw the text, my card was charged. I immediately contacted them and was told by the manager that she would call me back. She calls me back the next day saying I was not overcharged and that they've declined work when it's too dirty. Why did they accept my work if that's the case? She acknowledged that the job wasn't complete but offered nothing to resolve the issue. I told them I was scammed and taken advantage of and don't want them to return. I even told them I'd shareMy experience online but at no time did the manager try to remedy the situation.
