Great Bang for you Buck! I only stayed one night and I was very impressed with what the room offered. Great bed, was nice and comfy. If I am ever there in Santa Clara again, I know where I am staying

A very nice little hotel. One of the only places with vacancies in the Palo Alto area, and also one of the nicest and most affordable. We would have been willing to take almost anything by the time we found this place, so the super-nice rooms with marble tile in the bathroom was a very pleasant surprise. They had some renovations going on when we were there, but we didn't hear a thing. Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked good. Very helpful staff. After the horrible experience we had at the Quality Inn in Modesto, this place seemed like heaven.

Stayed there for 1 week during work travels. - For $99 a night I expected a better quality rooms. + Furniture new and nice. - Bathrooms have not been renovated in a long while, light/fan was making loud noise so I tried not to turn it on at all - Fridge was making noise so I had to keep it off - - Coffee maker had water sitting in in for over a month so I could not use it at all for the health reasons + Room service was great, they cleaned rooms every day and did a great job + Internet service was good and stable - AC was so very loud and located in the room above the sink - - Noise level was the biggest problem for me, every time somebody would slam a door or roll a card in the hallway I would wake up, a few times during the week I was awaken by heavy trucks in the parking lot. +- Area around: for walking is not so good for driving around lots of interesting places in 10-15 minutes + Front desk lady was very nice and cooperative to my complaint. + Hot temperature shower and good water pressure was a good plus, I travel a lot and luck of those two can ruin the experience. Hope that review will help somebody with their choice
