        Horrible customer service, store manager was extremely rude on the phone. Reached because I had a bad experience with a product purchased at the store. This product came highly recommended for the store associate. Never going back here again.

        Bad customer service and worse manager! They dont help people at all! And they dont know the products, and give false info to the customers. I dont know what the requirements are to get hired at Sephora. People working at Sephora dont have any info about their products. So disappointing
