        During the afternoon I received wonderful service and delicious coffee. A very clean and peaceful environment.

        I'm going to assume that on the day which I visited, things were just a bit off. I ordered a simple black coffee and a hot green tea, and the time I waited for both of those beverages was 9 minutes. What I thought would be a quick stopover for a caffeine break ended up being anything but quick. Disappointing, but I'd have to give them a second try before I'd really say anything more.

        I really like this place: it is one of my favorites for hanging out with friends and talking. I hear it's going to be remodelled and reopen as a new Big Mug, which is another of my favorites.
