I took my radiator in to see if it could be repaired and was told that the charge would be $185. I was also told that I would be more if it needed a new core but I would be called and informed. It was a Thursday when I dropped off the radiator and was told I would receive a call the following day. I never got a call until Tuesday informing me that I can pick it up. When I went to the shop I was told the charge was $762 for the repair when I ask why so much Greg said it needed a new core. I told him why didnt you call and inform me his reply was you didnt get a call I said no. He said he has been out sick and apologized. I told him I could have bought a brand new radiator for the same amount he charged me. Needless to say I would not recommend AutoLand to anyone. I feel like I was taken advantage of.
