While I did not have the opportunity to use Sparkle Grill Cleaning due to the fact that their receptionist, Molly, was so helpful and considerate of my particular need, I would have the utmost confidence in their ability to do a great job. I had a relatively easy fix and the cost for a service call suggested that I purchase the part myself and complete the repair. Molly was so upfront and honest. You can be assured if I need a BBQ cleaning or other type of repair I will not hesitate to call Sparkle. Amazing customer service!

I had my grill cleaned and that wasn't worth it at all. I had to rinse the grates and flavorizers after he had supposedly cleaned them because there was a lot of residue left and no one wants to eat that stuff. There was an attempt at cleaning then inside of the grill as I can see streaks in the smoke stains, but it looked like he just gave up and the outside wasn't cleaned at all. The side burner still had some bits in it. Then to get the burners properly cleaned I was charged extra and had to pay the cleaner separately for that service. What a waste of nearly $400! Service: Cleaning

We ordered a new barbecue a month ago. Paid in full with credit card. Still haven’t delivered it. Won’t answer the phone. Won’t return my calls. I’m feeling we were scammed. Do not use this company!

Sparkle cleaned my 20 year old Lynx grill. I pre-purchased obviously needed parts from an Internet vendor. Sparkle’s tech cleaned the grill, installed the new parts, and as a bonus, repaired a side table damaged when a winter storm blew the grill off the deck. Will work with them again.
