Update in 2024: Construction has ended and the community is quiet and beautiful. The layout of the units at boardwalk is great. I can get plenty of sunlight in the unit and the ventilation is also great. The appliances are also new. The leasing office is very nice, especially Michelle who helped me jump start the vehicle. Some shortcomings: the sound isolation is not good you can hear people on first floor talking even if you are on the second floor. The neighborhood is not gated. Mail box gets broken and mails stolen sometimes. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Alvin is helpful during move in process. Find some issues with the furniture in the first week. The maintenance team does a good job and fixes the issues quickly. There is still construction onsite with a lot of noise from 8am to 5pm. The water from tap is cloudy. Lower the rating. The construction is still ongoing and very noisy.

We moved to Boardwalk Apartment during the Christmas holiday and the staff were super helpful along the way. The apartment is new and modern. Home appliances are also new models which work so efficiently compared to our old apartment. We also enjoy the quiet environment here, especially the pleasant lakes view. So far our only concern is that the geese/ducks are coming back in Summer/Spring. We hope there won't be an issue of an over population of these wild animals, especially those aggressive Canada geese.

I recently moved in here and wasnt familiar with the area but Jeff and his team made the move in easy and welcoming! Jeff helped methrough the application process and made our move in stress free. The maintenance team is great as well attending to our service requests fast and professional. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I lived in this complex two leasing periods but recently had to move to another state because of my job. I'm completely happy with my experience here. The management team is active and always helpful. Especially Michelle is very attentive and knowledgeable. The maintenance team is very friendly and promptly resolves any issues. Here I felt that someone always takes care of the complex and their residents. Also apartments are very nice and spacious, I had a lot of sunlight in it, and the nature is beautiful.

Terrible apartment. Dont live there. We recently moved out from here(finally!). They illegally charged us for repainting the full apartment, door casings, doors, and baseboards after we moving out. By law definition, they were just normal wear and tear but leasing stated them as damageand repainted the full house. As for the experience living here, it was bad too. During the stay I could always hear clear snoring and walking noises from upstairs due to the thin and poor quality floor. No way to avoid that. Safety is a huge problem. The mailboxes were stolen for a period of time - we also lost many mails. USPS rejected to send the mails to the community. All tenants in this apartment had to pickup at the local USPS. Our scooter placed on the patio also got stolen after one week moving here. You can definitely find a better place rather than this place.
