I can't say enough good things about my experience at Cottage Outpatient Surgery Center. The staff there are very friendly and willing to help and inform you about my surgery. They made sure I was comfortable and warm as I prepared for surgery. My doctor, Dr Lindsay Chandler was very willing to answer questions I had and made me feel relaxed before going into surgery. Thank you all there at the Cottage Outpatient Surgery Center for you kindness and professionalism

I have been here twice in the last few months and had a great experience both times. The staff, nurses, doctors all were friendly, informative and competent. It is not like I had a choice with my insurance but if I did I would still choose to come here for services. They even followed up with a get well card signed by all the people I interacted with. Very thoughtful. Thank you all!

I'm not a big fan of surgery and try to avoid it, but my gyn booked me for an outpatient procedure here. When I got there, there was no one at the front desk which was a bit disconcerting. But I was early and there was only one intake person. The nursing staff there was truly wonderful. The compassionate Julie made sure I was comfortable and explained what would happen. I was nervous and she made me feel much less anxious, joking around and just being kind. Mona the anesthesiologist was friendly and thorough about what her role was and what kind of meds were going to be put in my drip line. And nurse Cindy was there when I woke up and she was also VERY kind and helpful. I've had surgery before, and sometimes medical staff are burnt out and not so thoughtful, but this was best experience! I highly recommend the Outpatient Surgical Center and their caring, experienced and patient-oriented staff! 5 stars!
