The tanks have a very bad habit of leaking continuously in my garage and I really don't care for that.

When a new softening tank is delivered, we have had ongoing problems with very cloudy water. The company says its because the new tanks are not completely flushed. The companys remedy was to give us specially marked tanks that have had extra flushing. This might help us out, but how about all the other customers? And yesterday when a new tank was delivered, we ended up with very cloudy water once again.

Best water service ever! They got our job done so fast and for half of what the other companies quoted. Everyone from the receptionist to Juan who fixed our filters was incredible. Super nice, helpful, and efficient. Id give them 10 stars if I could.

It appears that Rayne does not care for their customers. I called 2 times a month ago about switching back to tank service instead of salt container. Once to sales, once to the regular line, and left messages. No call back and it has been over a month. I lost 10's of thousands of water due to faulty equipment in June. The service rep tried to blame it on a leaky toilet float valve! Laughable. The fault happened again last Saturday, 09/10 so I turned the system to bypass. I left a message and was expecting someone to come out and look at the problem on Monday, since I did not declare it an emergency. Today is Friday and not so much as a phone call. Still on bypass and no soft water Tiring quickly of Drain Water!

I've been with Rayne for many years, and the service by Dan P. has consistently been great. If there's a problem, it's fixed quickly. I'm very satisfied.
