        John was our technician, and he was incredibly professional, polite, focused on the job, and able to explain anything necessary. He resolved our leaking shower issue, and we will definitely use Mr Rooter / John again, if we ever have any plumbing issues in the future. Service: Faucet installation

        Workers were friendly, respectful and explained what they found. When the job lasted longer than anticipated, they stayed until it was done, just past 8:00pm. Follow up work the next day was done on time and at the quoted price, even though the job required a hole much deeper than we thought. Cleanup was done to our satisfaction and I'd definitely call them for future work and recommend them to others. Services: Outdoor plumbing system repair, Plumbing pipe repair
