Il Fustino

Il Fustino carries the best olive oils and vinegars that I have tasted! I especially love their flavored olive oils (garlic and basil!) and their 25-year-old aged Balsamic vinegar, which is now my go-to gift for family and friends. (It's truly unlike any balsamic I've tasted before.) They also carry various other beautifully curated goodies in their shop (dips, spreads, serving trays, chocolates, candles, cards, etc.) so it's a one-stop-shop for really thoughtful and delicious gifts. Plus they ship all over the U.S.! Highly recommend stopping by Il Fustino next time you're in Santa Barbara (and the staff is so nice too!).

Cute little shop. Lovely selection of fancy olive oil, vinegar, and pasta. You can taste the oils and vinegars with mini shot glasses, but they don't offer pieces of bread or anything to taste it on, he ce minus one star. The person in the shop also did not know that much about the various olives, such as that the grilled olives are tart (which we wanted, and they're delicious). A good place to get gifts.

Youll never buy this stuff from the grocery store again. Different flavors of olive oil (everything from basil to blood orange, lemon, garlic herb and more) and balsamic vinaigrette (barrel aged, blackberry, pomegranate, the list goes on) that really are excellent. Im munching on some charcuterie drizzled with the fig vinaigrette right now. The owners are super nice and give great recommendations. Dont forget to check out their fruit spreads and Italian cream sodas!
