Cottage Children's Medical Center

This review is for the main hospitals emergency room. The staff and doctor were great and had me feeling better and on my way after about only 2 hours! Big high five for everyone!

Cant believe you have a female person like Jesse answering the phone!! First off she is extremely RUDE! Second - she should be trained to deal with calling loved ones of people who are passing away!! My brother admitted himself yesterday to the covid unit , Jesse said he wasnt there and then when I said "chk again" cause she miss- spelled the name Smith 2x she actually yelled and said "I TOLD YOU HE WASNT HERE - YOU GAVE ME HIS NAME 3 TIMES!!"Wow - what a totally inappropriate response!! When I said let me spell again to dbl chk - she hung up Disgusting behavior and I will be writing a letterto HR about her Have some class lady!!

Ten stars. The pediatric oncology team here is the reason I'm alive and healthy today. I'm a childhood cancer survivor and went through chemotherapy treatments for over six months. I was fortunate to have Cottage in my hometown as I recall other patients on my floor traveling from afar. Dealing with a life-threatening illness, especially as a child, is a very uncertain and scary feeling for all involved. I remember going through very low moments on the mental scale. My family and I could not have gotten through it without the knowledge and utmost compassion of the pediatric nurses, staff and my amazing oncologist, Dr. Greenfield. They were all excellent and I mean that in every regard. They made me feel like a part of their family and were always so kind and welcoming. I knew that with their help, this too would pass - and it did. This month marks 16 years of remission for me and I'm not looking back. I'll be forever grateful for all that Cottage Children's Hospital did for me. Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
