Fresh & Clean Santa Barbara

Requested a "deep clean", but did not get that at all. The baseboards weren't even wiped down, and the picture frames and glassware I had on an open shelf were not removed and dusted/wiped down. Instead, it seemed as though they just glossed over things, and fluffed up my tissue boxes. Be clear with them as to what you want, and understand what you are paying for. Confused by all the 5 stars. Had the same experience as Meagan E.

Went above and beyond! We are 6 college students living in an apartment in Isla Vista, and needed the magic touch of a cleaning service. We have mold growing in one of our bathrooms, and asked if there was anything they could do. I expressed that it wasn't a big deal if not because I knew that was a lot to ask and could potentially cost extra. We came back home upon completion and they were so excited to show us that the mold was completely gone. It was abosutely amazing and they did it just to help us out. I am so impressed and thankful!

The job the cleaners did today was absolutely phenomenal. I appreciate their hard work and the fact that they took their time. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars here is because they showed up without masks on, even though we are in the middle of a deadly pandemic. When I asked them if they had masks, they said no. This made me think that they're accustomed to cleaning homes in the pandemic without masks on. That made me very nervous, especially since the service I am paying for is cleanliness and sanitation..... so shouldn't cleaning services be well aware of how important it is to wear masks when entering peoples' homes? My husband and I had our masks on for them. And we gave them each a mask to wear and they kept them on the whole time they were in our home.Even more confusing is that this Yelp page says "masks required". I will use this cleaning service again in the future but word to the wise - have masks ready for the cleaners.

I had a wonderful experience using Fresh and Clean.  I was able to schedule an appointment for a week out at a fair price.  They did a wonderful job, and even cleaned my oven (I didn't even book a deep clean).  They were incredibly thorough and left my house feeling fresh and clean.  I will be using them again!

I rarely write Yelp reviews but this company deserved 5 stars! The kind women who cleaned our home were prompt, thorough, and in and out in no time. All in all, I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a space cleaned.
