My friend got hit with a false domestic violence charge and restraining order that was a real problem. I helped her find Chudnovsky Law and Nicole Enyart. I have to say Nicole was always dependable in court and followed through on anything she promised. She was very patient in explaining all the issues and legal protocols. My favorite part was the way she explained how she was going to deal with discrediting the allegation and fight the charge. She has excellent communication skills. I don't know what it is with criminal defense attorneys. When I called around they all tried to scare or bully me into hiring them and seemed to only care about $$. I didn't get that vibe when I spoke w Fred and Nicole. They focused on answering my questions in an easy to understand way and explaining the process and what they do in a clear, honest way free of hyperbole or scare tactics. That works with my personality and made me feel comfortable. Dealing w this stuff is can generate a lot of anxiety and you really have to focus on ways to reduce stress and get a good end result.
