Started the high deck job and without giving me change order for my approval they went ahead with an excess $30,000 in cost. I gave Shane Holehouse a second chance and as they continued, they left without support a protruding window section that sagged requiring additional engineering and repair costs. The framing was poorly done and translated into additional cost to me to complete the fine carpentry. Several delays and excuses led me to lose a mortgage refinance on the property. The samples they showed me for the metal railings were shameful and we ended up completing the job with an outfit from Los Angeles. The electrician left the job unfinished and he never returned my calls. Turns out that when I fired Holehouse, Shane told Eric from Waterfall electric (also stay away from this company) not to work with me. Im still trying to find an electrician to finish the job. Stay away from Holehouse and Waterfall electric. Hope this helps the public out there.

Shane Holehouse, his right hand man Chris, and all his subs did an amazing job on our ADU (double garage conversion). We couldn't be happier with our end product. Even though this is a relatively small space, it involved a full bathroom and bar so there were multiple aspects to the project. Holehouse did an exceptional job staying on top of things during Covid when things were unpredictable with supply delays and labor shortages. Communication was clear, problems were resolved and we could always get in touch with them when we needed to. The best thing about Holehouse is their integrity and dedication to excellence and I felt like they treated our project like it was their own. Thank you Holehouse, for helping us add an exceptional living space that has made a phenomenal difference to our family!

Scammed us of a lot of money. Charged expensive fee. His superintendent is a former bar tender who could not find work and they never take responsibility of their work. Poor quality and too many excuses. Service: Remodeling
