        I came in with no knowledge of the differences of floor options. Alexandra was extremely helpful and patient to explain to me what was available, provided me with samples and quotes. She is extremely helpful and quick to respond back when I had questions. I am glad I followed my contractor's advice to come here instead of going to the big chain stores. Their prices are the best compared to the other locations I had visited and they run specials you can take advantage of. I recommend this business.

        I own a company in Santa Barbara Ca. Roughly, I have obtained over 10,000 feet of flooring and underlayment this year. I was a preferred customer. If I go into the store I leave with materials. The Manager, whom I have worked with was transferred. Now...No one gets back to me with answers to my request or questions. I am looking at a receipt of flooring and underlayment my employees obtained, and see that I did not even get the customary contractors discount that I have received for the past year. I feel that it is time to return to my old vendor.
