They did a great job for me. The repaiman gave a next day appt, showed up on time, had the problem figured out right away, and gave an estimate before proceeding. The repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time & was properly done. My fridge runs like new again. He & his helper were both very professional, and wore face masks while working. I reccomend for any fridge problems you might have.

Pathetic customer service! They charge a $99 service call that would be applied to the total cost of the service, but when I asked them to provide me a rough estimate on how much I would be looking at after telling them what my issue was, their scheduler got irritated, raised his voice and said, “I don’t know”. My response was, “then I guess you don’t have 20+ yrs. experience like your website states. That’s false advertisement”. I hung up. Save time and look somewhere else.

Stay away from this company, they are based in LA. They send a rep from LA to look at the appliance, charge you a site visit fee which is fine but then they drop off, never follow up with a estimate for repair and never email you again. Its a one stop way to fraud people out of money for visits only and then they do not follow up with their "repair estimate".

I had an appointment and the day before they cancelled. We rescheduled for the 6th from 2-5. At 4:30 I called to confirm they were coming and was told yes and they could see my appointment on the calendar. I had many things going on but stayed home so I didn't miss my appointment. At 5:30 I called again and was told by another person that my appointment was the following week. This was just not true and the other person had already confirmed my appointment. This company flaked on me twice. I would advise everyone to steer clear of Santa Barbara Appliance Repair. Service: Microwave repair
