    I wish I could give them zero stars. That is not the way to do business, that is ridiculous!!! I made some purchases on 12/9/2015 and payed cash $70. On 01/05/16 I was cleaning my wallet and I look at the receipt for the first time and I so the item I didn't purchase DUAL DIGITAL TIMER $23.50. I went to the store to fix this problem, sales person said he need to speak to the manager and called me later saying THIS store policy is that you can't return item after 2 weeks. I said is that where is nothing to return and that's a plane Robbery and I would like to see a manager he said manager will be there between noon and one. Next day I went there I thought the best way to prove it that I don't need digital timer is to show that I owned own FIVE digital timers two of them is not even open(why normal person would buy one more?)so I brought Timers with me. Manager said that I got my answer yesterday about returning policy I am not getting money for item I did't bay, and my timers looks REALY FISHI, And they BANNED ME FROM THE STORE!!!!!!I am a single mom and they just took money from my children, shame on them!!!!!

    ZERO CUSTOMER "GOOD WILL". I purchased 2 bags of perlite(4 cubic ft each) a couple of weeks ago asking at the time if I could return one of them if I didn't use it, "sure, no problem" I was told. I tried to return it and was told I couldn't because it was beyond their 14day return policy, it was 2 DAYS past that. As i told the guy "helping" me no mention of the 14 policy was made when I bought it, he said its printed on the receipt(which I had with me). Really.... how often does a person read their register receipts after purchase other than to check the price? Asking several times and explaining I thought that customer "good will" far outweighed the meager $10 profit they probably made on the perlite the guy stubbornly refused to change his mind., nor did he offer store credit instead of a cash refund. My usual vendor was out of stock on the #3 perlite so I thought I'd give my business to the SMALLEST hydro shop in town only to find out their business plan is VERY short sighted. Not only have they lost my future business but I've told a couple of other gardener friends about this(they couldn't believe it!), they won't be going there either. THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE $30 they refused to refund, its about a business's refusal to have the slightest amount of flexibility in their return policy for a very small purchase.
