There is a good reason for your terrible experience. My son was briefly employed. They were completely disorganized, no communication, sent him to stores that were non existent, no follow up on product interest, did not listed to him as a rep as to what the stores were looking for. A terrible company.

What a terrible experience. I am a small business owner in Santa Barbara, CA and sought to use GBL to source beverages for my artisan grocery store downtown. Long story short, I make about 2 dozen attempts to place orders and never (not once) received an order without a lengthy series of follow-up calls inquiring into the status of my order. The two times the orders did arrive, they were incorrect. While the multiple people I spoke with on the phone were all pleasant, no one communicates with one other so I had to explain myself multiple times with no resolution. My orders were never entered into the computer accurately (or at all). In short, I'm not sure why they didn't want to work to resolve the issue, but I will strongly recommend avoiding them to any food/beverage business owner in town.
