this place is unbelievable! they raise prices like crazy, my storage unit was opened and robbed and they did absolutely nothing to help catch the thieves ! do not get any units here

I have had a good experience while using their storage facility. The only complaint I have is with the woman that works as an on - site manager ? I believe. She has accused me of sleeping in my unit, which I have never done, and has harassed me ever since she started working there. She said to leave at 6:50 car immediately to leave my unit tonight at 6;50 pm trying to find some clothes

The attendant stated she was never hassled by a customer who was guilty of simply asking for clarification on an ambiguous accounting line item upon check out. She was angry and vitriolic for no reason. Why would someone be so triggered and mean spirited by a request for clarification? Further, this same attendant was quite bossy and did not use the word please when she asked for the customer for certain information. She started off being very kind when signing me up and then turned to the dark side. Im glad to be out of there and the neighborhood is very sketchy. I saw a lady puking out her car window while parked in the customer parking space outside the main office. There are lots of homeless in the area and it is not safe there at night. She would also not remove a $35 late fee for payment a few days late and said she has to answer to a big corporation. A lie and she has the authority. This place also raised the rent twice in four months. Their prices are high and the service horrendous. She seems quite money hungry and grubbing in a nasty, intimidating fashion. Hideous.
