Id like to give a special shout out and appreciation to the maintenance team but specifically Crystal, I came home from work right around 6pm, only to see my sing backfilling and water running over the counters and floor, Luckily as I went to the patio I saw her closing up. I let her know of the emergency, even though it was already the end of her shift she went an got some tools and a shop vac, was able to drain the water and helped me clean it up, which was a major help, there was a lot of water. Crystal showed me how to place an emergency work order to continue the maintenance. The on-call maintenance guy took almost 2 hours to show up, So I am so grateful for Crystal's time, and going above and beyond right at the end of her shift. If I had not have seen her, there would've been a swimming pool in my kitchen. I truly appreciate her and all of her help, It is a great reflection of the type of character of people that Essex hires and makes it a great place to live. Thanks Crystal!!
