Very dishonest company. They get your credit card upfront and promise not to charge you unless they serve the other party but they charged my credit card despite never completing service.When I contacted Cheryl, on the reason of my charge she became very unprofessional on the phone. I was forced to hire JPL Process Service, and they were able to serve the other party and only charged me when the job was done.Gailey Associates promises the world but I do not think they know what they are doing, they just know how to sell over the phone.

Excellent follow-up and great job at solving last minute problems. I needed 3 last minute subpoenas served on some very evasive witnesses and Jeff was able to quickly locate the witnesses and had them served on time! Thank you to your whole team for all efforts made!

not even one! they are awful!! i had hired them to server someone, when i called back weeks later they didn't even know who i was... they wanted an extra 100 after i had to change my court date again because they couldn't serve the person i was sue-ing... then i had to step in gear and i was able to do it with a friends help withing a week!! so if you need a GOOD and reliable process server... do not hire them.... losers
