Dr. Lowenstein has been treating my 91 year old mother for chronic back pain for years. While he has been very creative in identifying alternative treatments for her as her pain has progressed his follow up and that of his staff's is unacceptable. For the past 4 months he has promised to provide her with CBD oil and will call her in "2 weeks" when it arrives. The last call was 5 weeks ago and the staff is now not returning calls. This is UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Dr. Lowensteen doesnt care about the best for me as a patient. While I was In need, it took him 6 days to complete and send my paperwork for approval from the insurance company. Then he has consistently taken away services that I highly need.
