        Dominique Byse represented me at a protective order hearing. He advised me to come to a "deal" with the defendant. The deal was that the defendant would give me sole legal and physical custody with supervised visitation in exchange for me dropping the protective order. The defendant was never on the birth certificate therefore never had any rights to our child to begin with, but Dominique never advised me of this! The protective order was dropped and Dominique never signed and filed the order leaving me without any custody arrangements and now with the defendant having rights. He has placed me and my son in danger!
