They are never on time

What used to be a decent dental lab for removable prosth. & appliances has gone downhill significantly. Incredibly disorganized, insufficient communication, mistakes made throughout, poor quality work that eventually needed to be re-done by a different lab (more than once). They don't stand behind their work. Because there has been a significant amount of staff turnover, I don't know who I'm speaking to half the time. I've had to drive down there personally (heads up: it's not in the best part of town) to pick up/drop off cases and sort things out, only for the wrong thing to be done. Is it that difficult to follow the prescription form? I contested a double charge (for a case that needed to be re-done), and they refused to make things right.
