This company is horrible to work for. I was brought on board as a direct hire as a claims assistant. The directors would yell at their employees if they made a mistake and they were afraid to ask for raises. They were severely understaffed and underpaid. They had two employees taking on 2-3 roles at the same Time. They wasted my time and told me they don’t have work for me. They laid me off within less than two weeks while training me. I know I brought my best to the company and was left with no other explanation except that they don’t have work when they were clearly understaffed and had two individuals training me.
