Kelly at J D Financial Insurance Services processed my health and dental insurance information the morning I requested it. He also took his time to explain the difference in plans and what that means in terms of coverage. I would highly recommend their services and for making what seems very complicated to understand, quite easy, simple, and straightforward.

Never contacted us for 14 years, but kept collecting their commission.
When we went to change to a more proactive insurance agent, they refused to release us. Put down the phone when we called. Hiding behind an obscure California state law which protected them. We cancelled our insurance, no great loss, as we got a much better program.
Very dishonest, not recommended.
