Juan's Garage Doors

I have a broken belt of garage opener for a rental house in San Marcos and my tenant try to deal with this repair the technician came and give an estimate for new motor install for $500. I approved it and yesterday he came to finished the job and ask for $700 he said 200 for labor and he tell me after paid and the guy left. I called them to complain and supervisor call me back for a while and said "that how is work and explain that the technician may forgot to put it in on the estimate if you don't want then tell him by that time and we take it out" since tenants paid and left we can not do anything but I feel like they cheated us. I checked prices for this Chamberlain every where about 209-$250 so $500 total is make sense They have service from San Francisco to San Diego but very poor service and even supervisor did not respect customer when he talk. I try to put it here so everyone know and be careful with this company. I AM NOT RECOMMEND

I couldn't be happier with my carriage doors. Mario worked with me over the course of several months to dial in all the details. His focus, patience and expertise made for an enjoyable experience. The end product exceeded my expectations. Gorgeous, solid, refined. The doors have completely transformed my home from the outside, and inside as well. The install process was handled so professionally, and they made sure every little detail was taken care of before leaving.

The metal on my garage door, where it connects with the opener literally tore away! I called and spoke with Fernando, who was great! He asked me to send pictures, which I did, he quickly diagnosed and came out the next day to repair it! I couldnt be happier with the service and highly recommend Fernando! Thanks so much for the quick, friendly service! Oh also Fernando lubricated the garage door track, its so quite now!

Staff just doesn't want to do their jobs. Went through all the trouble of ordering a door with their online maker, requesting a quote then having them tell me they wouldn't ship it internationally even though they say they do. Asked again even though they said the shipping would be expensive and never even replied...

The Mechanic did a great job repairing my garage door. He was very thorough, fast and friendly. I highly recommend this company for any of your Garage door issues.
