I cannot say enough good things about Tamara Shuff Mortensen. My husband and I retained her services as we went back to court with my stepson's mom. Tamara listened to our concerns, helped us understand our options as we went in to adjust the prior court order. She was thoughtful with her approach, and her preparation for our case was beyond appreciated. She knew every detail. She took her time with us. She prepared for the case herself vs. passing it off to an associate and then quick studying. We ultimately "won" our case and got everything we wanted, all while streamlining the non traditional order from 8 years ago. Thank you, Tamara!!!

Wow! Tamara is extremely knowledgeable and very detailed oriented. Amazingly fast responses including weekends. This attorney knows her stuff and negotiated the hell out of our contract. I was very impressed and I don't get impressed often. Every single detail was clearly explained. Her expertise was more apparent due to the comparison of the other attorney. I wish I could give her 15 stars. I won't ever use another attorney!

I hired Tamara Mortensen at Shuff Law Firm this Fall to handle my legal matters; and I could not be happier with the outcome. I have had many attorneys in my lengthy case, and she went into my case with a game plan to get it done. After many years of litigation, she jumped right on and handled it within a week. I am so amazed at the professionalism and tenacity she showed in my case. She was also very clear and explained the legal system with a great depth of knowledge. She did not let challenging matters discourage her and was prepared to tackle the issues at hand. The office was also nothing but professional and organized in handling my matters. Dont waste your time with mediocre attorneys--hire capable ones! I wholeheartedly recommend this law firm!

Joe and Tamara along with their team at Shuff Law firm have been tenacious over the last 3+ years helping me stay in contact and have continued contact with my son, while battling multiple law firms in a nasty move away case - Despite the ups and downs over the last 3 years, Joe Shuff and his team got me what I wanted and needed to keep the relationship with my 4 year old son!
