My family business has rented from Martin Commercial Group since 1986. Over the years we have worked with Erin and Jackie and they have been wonderful. Every time we had an issue with the property, it was addressed immediately and professionally.  I would definitely recommend renting from them!!

We currently rent a warehouse space and have had the best experience.  Matters are taken care of quickly, responses are always professional, and our business park is kept clean.  We're very happy tenants and would definitely recommend.

Very poor communication, never return your calls. I have inquired about several propertires listed by them. When you do finally get a hold of someone, they treat you like you are bothering them, Sam, the "President" of the company, talks down to you as if you know nothing about the market. Furthermore, they never seem to have the info you are looking for regarding the properties that THEY have listed, so frustrating. Seek someone else for your commercial business needs.

We've been working with Martin Commercial Group for about 3 years now. Trisha has been an awesome help with finding warehouse space for our growing business. We had not actually rented from Martin Commercial Group directly until this year. However, all that time beforehand, Trisha has given us her time and expertise in looking for space and helped us negotiate with property management companies until we found the right space, even though we weren't renting through Martin Commercial. Finally this year, we were able to find the perfect space with Martin Commercial. After dealing with other companies, Trisha and Martin Commercial have been above and beyond a pleasure to rent from. They have been super helpful since we moved in. We are really happy with how well kept the area is and how easy our move has been.
