Despite our best efforts at notifying the administrators of this site of the hateful, libelous, and inappropriate content and claims regarding the posted review of me and our center by John Peter Jorgensen, they have chosen to simply not respond. Therefore, readers of the review take notice. John Peter Jorgensen has never been a patient of ours and has never attended our center for any assessment, care, or treatment. He has absolutely no first-hand knowledge of the services or care we provide and has never observed the patient care services we provide. He has absolutely no knowledge of our staffing or business practices. He is wholly unqualified to make assessments about physician standards of care. Take note that he claims he is writing on behalf of his spouse, yet no portion of this review is authored by his spouse. With wanton disregard for the facts, he fails to describe such basic background information such as the number of years his spouse attended our center to get “good standard of care treatment” and the lengths she went to in order to receive “good standard of care treatment” at our center. He untruthfully and maliciously implies that his spouse decided to “walk away from his practice” when in fact nothing could be further from the truth. In general, it is the experience at our center that when family members lash out at health care providers involved in chronic pain management, this is usually because of severe interpersonal psychosocial conflicts between the family members or due to issues of drug diversion or misuse. The posting and review by John Peter Jorgensen is false and libelous, not based on any first-hand knowledge or observation, and written solely to abuse and malign. Dr. Sarkozi and the Fibromyalgia Polypain Arthritis Center have provided decades of comprehensive assessment and compassionate, multidimensional, multidisciplinary care for individuals suffering from fibromyalgia and complex chronic musculoskeletal pain. Trying to get good standard of care treatment for pain management for my spouse with Jeffrey has been a huge disappointment. His "Pain Center" consists solely of himself. That alone should suffice for he possesses an overblown sense of self. His rudeness & condescending manner detracts from any semblance that one is being treated by a caring professional. Myself, having over thirty years of health care management experience - to include FDA - I wouldn't walk away from his practice, I would run!
