We did ONE work order for this company. Ron stated that we can call to get a credit card from him or Melissa to get this invoice paid. Well it's been almost a month now with no credit card number. We have called and emailed multiple of times with a run around. Today I was told to get in contact with Joann to get a credit card number but come to find out Ron didn't update the NTE in their system and she would have to get in contact with him and give us a call back. DO NOT DO ANY WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!! If you want to get paid for going on site and doing work, I highly recommend not working with them. Avoid if possible.

Yikes, it seems as if we are not alone in not getting paid by this 'company' who seems that they contract out the work and keep the money and leave the small local companies (or out of state in our situation) out of time and money. We went on an emergency call for a fallen light, and the $345 bill hasn't been paid in almost four months. Same situation with all these other companies nothing, but excuses! Maybe it's time for the local authorities to become involved?! I am more than happy to get that conversation started!

So this is facilities service center I have worked with them technically four times and it has been the worst experience out of all probably hundred plus companies and I have work for and worked with Dennis seems to be the number one manager I honestly think he's the owner but I'm not sure he seems like a good guy the only issue is the way he run this company doesn't seem to line up with how he talks and everything seems like a really nice guy seems to be honest but after doing a job in August it is already 6 months and they have not paid. They have decided to stop answering my calls and only answer maybe one and three or five of my emails and ignore questions about the pay that they don't like and they agreed upon certain terms but are not wanting to hold up their part and then part of the issue with it is their texts and their worker Melissa I have never work with someone so difficult in my life and the company that we were kind of stuck in between that they were dealing with her they stopped hiring facilities service center specifically because of her and I talked to a number of reps from the company and they also yeah there's no way we would ever work with her again I don't care what company is worth I don't know what contract no matter how small the job is or even how big it is we're not going to work with her they are a insanely Nationwide and an international company why do so many of their employees know exactly who she is in the fact they don't ever want to work with her that's bad. All this just to say that I don't suggest hiring them we're working for them. I will update this if I do ever get paid or if there's anything else that happens I'm in the process of probably suing them so I have no desire to spend more of my money to get the money they already owe me
