meh.... never corrected their mistake after contact and returning a coin they graded missing first strike made same mistake twice...VERY slow return of coins on another occasion.... makes coins look nice... authentication to verify your coins are real... innovative security compared to others has it's plus's and minuses almost canceled membership C-

I believe that they switched coins and returned the same date coin with a lower grade. They said to regrade or request reconsideration, they would again charge regular grading fee plus 1% of increased value. Arrogant, unworthy company. Avoid them

Half of my coins came back with damage that occurred before the grade. I tried getting a refund, only to be ignored on multiple occasions. Avoid them.
