For many years, I have tried to ignore the owner's rudeness, because they are good at what they do. At this point, however, he probably should just go ahead and retire because being older does not give you the right to be cantankerous, combative and rude to customers and potential customers. Update: Reduced to one star. Why did you delete your first response where you acknowledged that you sometimes come across as rude and rewrite this one? I have a screenshot of it if anyone wants to see because now you are being disingenuous.

I needed some pants taken in in the leg area and the crotch area was super baggy. I honestly wouldn't even think that this could be possible, since I rarely go and get things altered. If I do, it's only a to shorten the length of my pants since I am a shorty. Robert's alterations were able to take an extremely wide leg pant and saggy crotch and make it a perfect fit for me. Now I am currently looking through my closet to see if I need to custom tailor more jeans/pants :PThank you Team! Definitely appreciate the great service.Cheers to my first review of 2023!
