Mark was most recently at our home just before Covid lockdown in January, 2020. Prior to that he was at our home in 2013. Both times we had popcorn texture removal and repainting rooms in different areas. I tried to reach out for another quote in June, 2021 for another go at the rest of the ceilings in other rooms, and some drywall fixing and painting around the main living areas as well, but he must have been busy during my window of availability. We usually only have a very short window of time, and previously we were able to sync up our dates with Mark. Sadly, it was not to be this time. The great news for Mark is this revealed to us how high he set the bar. We usually get three quotes, and meet the owner to size up their vibe. I got it the first time that Mark had the experience to execute the work. This time, I was not really planning to hire Mark's competition, but as I mentioned, we didn't sync up our dates. Comparing the work side by side--apples to apples--In pricing, Mark has always offered us an excellent value. I watched Mark's team knockdown texture my ceiling the correct way by hand with the correct tools. I watched the Competitor using an industrial sprayer set to a knockdown setting, which caused it to go on areas other than the ceiling--Side by side comparison Mark's pricing and work is far superior ceilings to baseboards.

Mark and his team did a fantastic job with my popcorn ceiling removal earlier this year, as part of a home remodel that we did. We started the home remodel before COVID hit and were originally planning on doing the ceiling work while we were on vacation for 1 week. We had to cancel our vacation due to COVID, but Mark was incredibly accommodating and got the work done while we stayed in the house by doing 1/4 of the house at a time. Mark was also very friendly and explained everything very well, so there were no surprises.I am so glad to have a beautiful, textured ceiling. Mark suggested the "knockdown" texture with Whisper White paint and it looks great. No more pieces of popcorn ceiling crumbles on the floor and no more outdated, ugly ceilings!
