Rug Appraisal

I had a very good experience at Rug Tycoon. I had told Charles (Owner and manager) that I purchased a new condo and that I would like to purchase a rug that matches the furniture in my living room. I showed him a picture of my furniture and living room and he presented me with a variety of rugs. Charles gave me his recommendation on the rug to purchase. I was very impressed with his vast knowledge of rugs and his professionalism. I am very satisfied with rug that I purchased from Rug Tycoon and definitely recommend anyone in the market to purchase a rug(s) to stop by Rug Tycoon.

Needed a rug cleaned and had it cleaned before in this shop. They did a fantastic job, so I thought I return. To my surprise, they expanded the store and had flooring. I was thinking to replace my floors in my dining room. Charles was helpful in discussing the different options and how to fit my budget. I have recommended the cleaning service in the past. I will now in confidence share their flooring business. Honest service and generous knowledge.

First walked in was greeted By Kenny and was quickly impressed with there rugs. I bought a handmade piece that really tied my room together. I can't thank Charles enough for delivering and put my rug into place would have hurt the ol back moving my heavy couch.Definitely would purchase another piece from this place.

They have a great selection of rugs that they design themselves, which I think is so cool! We found a beautiful rug with the help of Charles and Alberto and got a great deal on it. If you need a rug you better hurry because they're moving soon.

Rug Tycoon's owner Charles and his staff all worked incredibly hard to help us find what I was looking for, they even offered to bring over a dozen rugs to my home in order to help me decide what looked best without any obligation to buy and free of charge. In terms of customer service, they cannot be beat
